Residential & Commercial Property Legal Secretary.
This large, well-established law firm based in the centre of Birmingham is now looking to recruit an experienced Property Legal Secretary to join their residential and commercial property department on a full time, permanent basis.
Working from state of the art offices in Birmingham city centre, you will provide support and assistance to the fee earners within the firms' property department where your key duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Audio copy typing including digital dictation
- Preparing and drafting documents and contracts
- Using the firms' case management system
- Dealing with SDLT forms and using The Land Registry.
In order to be considered for this Residential & Commercial Property Legal Secretary role based in Birmingham city centre, you must have at least 2-3 years of experience working in a similar position with proven property experience, have a firm understanding of residential and commercial property, handling SDLT forms and dealing with The Land Registry, along with excellent typing and communication skills.
