In this role, you will be dealing with a variety of contentious and non-contentious employment work, primarily for employer clients, ranging from general advisory employment work to tribunal claims, including whistle-blowing, compromise agreements, restructuring, and redundancy and TUPE. Work includes high profile matters and cases involving senior executives.
