Will Writing Paralegal.
This large and well-established client is recruiting into their specialist Wills Writing Team in Bristol.
In this role, you work with clients up and down the UK taking initial instructions on their wills & LPAs.
You should ideally be a law graduate, with at least 1 year of paralegal experience from within a law firm or professional services firm.
You will be confident and articulate, and an excellent communicator over the phone, as you will be the first point of contact for clients looking to draft a will. You will advise these clients on the best products and services available for their needs. You will then take initial instructions and diarise an appointment for a will writer/drafter to make further contact.
This is a very busy role in a challenging legal workplace. You should ideally have an LPC or law degree.
Those used to working in a targeted customer service environment are encouraged to apply.
Your own training and development will be encouraged. This firm has developed its own training and development program involving classroom, practical and online training. There is a clear progression path here and you will embark on an exciting journey and progress up to the next level to become a will writer.
Clients are often high net worth, so full legal training will be given to give you with all the skills and knowledge you need to handle these enquiries.
In this Bristol-based Will Writing Paralegal role, you can alternate on an early (9am start) and late (8pm finish) work pattern. Working an overall 37.5 hour week. Flexibility can be offered for those wishing to condense the working week into 4 days, and therefore leaving a day free (perhaps for LPC studies etc).
Excellent salary up to £18,000 and benefits including 25 days holiday, up to 10% employer pension contributions, gym membership & parking!
