This opportunity would suit an experienced residential property solicitor, probably 5 years+ pqe who is confident in dealing with all aspects of residential property including leasehold and freehold sales, plot/off plan sales, along with remortgages, transfers of equity etc. In addition to your legal expertise you should also have strong track record of building productive relationships with clients such as investors and developers, and work referrers such as estate agents and financial advisors.
In this role you will play a key part in the firms continued growth and development, supporting the existing senior team, as well as winning new clients and building stronger relationships with existing clients.
