An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Partner to join this highly regarded firm based in its Central London office.
The Employment department is a newly created department at this firm, you will be responsible for establishing and developing the employment offering, as well as building the team as the workload grows.
In this role, you will be working on a wide variety of cases, including as whistle blowing, discrimination, unfair, constructive, and wrongful dismissal, harassment, bullying, disciplinary matters, and equal pay. Clients will include senior executives and managers.
You will need to demonstrate extensive experience of dealing with both contentious and non-contentious employment matters on behalf of employees at all levels, managing cases from initial instruction through to conclusion, including cases at employment tribunals as well as managing junior solicitors.
This is a great chance for an Employment Partner to build a team and department in their own imagine, playing a key role in the ongoing development of the firm in general.
