Looking to add an ambitious claimant Employment Solicitor, this firm has been universally commended for its employment work and due to continued growth, it is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Employment Solicitor. Joining its team of dedicated professionals in its Liverpool office, you will be responsible for a varied caseload of litigated and non-litigated Employment Rights cases. You will have the opportunity to manage employment advice and/or representation matters, such as, unfair dismissals, wage claims and settlement agreements claims, as well as a proportion of complicated matters (e.g., discrimination/TUPE).

This is an excellent opportunity for an Employment Solicitor within excess of 2 years’ experience conducting and managing claimant Employment cases. As an admitted solicitor or legal executive, you will be assessing and advising on the prospects of success and value of Employment Tribunal claims that come in through their dedicated Employment Advice Line. You will therefore have excellent knowledge of Employment Tribunal rules of procedure as well as the litigation process.
