I’m working with one of the UK’s most highly regarded firms in the world of intellectual property. This powerhouse firm dominates numerous IP sectors such as life sciences and chemistry. With offices in the UK and Europe, they are continuing to undergo development and continuing to expand their elite team of legal professionals. They are now seeking the addition of a Renewals Manager.
The ideal candidate for this essential and versatile role will have extensive experience working in IP renewals, with supervisory experience being advantageous. The role requires a highly organised and dedicated individual who has the ability to consistently work to strict deadlines, taking their own initiative to prioritise important tasks, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively both independently as a member of a team.
Within this role you will have responsibility for a variety of duties including the processing of patent and design renewal reminders, dealing with renewal-related queries whilst liaising with clients and agents. Further tasks entail the managing of a junior member of the renewals team, along with providing advice to your team members, as well as the firm’s fee earners and clients.
You will be the main contact for all matters related to the managing of accounts, as well as providing renewal reports to clients.
This role is based from the firm’s London office, however, they are offering a hybrid working arrangement meaning there will be home working available, allowing for flexible working and accommodating a healthy work-life balance.
