We are looking for an administrator to join our friendly and supportive admin team in the heart of Brighton.

G2 Legal is a recruitment company specialising in the supply of legal staff at all levels across the UK. Working closely with the consultants, resourcers and other administrators, you will play a key part in keeping our database up to date and advertising our vacancies, as well as performing a variety of other administrative tasks to support the team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Advertising vacancies
  • Registering candidates
  • Formatting CVs

Previous admin experience is not essential for this role, but the following skills are highly desirable:

  • Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Strong level of written English
  • Keen eye for detail

You will benefit from flexible working hours and a chance to work from home two days a week if you want to.

This position can be offered as an apprenticeship if you wish, providing you with the opportunity to develop a wide variety of skills that are essential to working in any commercial industry.
